Alex Webster, founding member and bassist from death metal giants Cannibal Corpse, has promised Terrorizer that both the artwork and lyrics for their forthcoming twelfth album are "still pretty grotesque."
Provided once again by comic book artist Vincent Locke, Alex says: "We're really happy with it and think it's pretty brutal. I'm certain people will like it."
Recorded in December last year at the remote Sonic Ranch Studios in El Paso where the troupe recorded 2002's 'Gore Obsessed' and 2004's 'The Wretched Spawn' and produced once again by Hate Eternal frontman, Erik Rutan, we're happy to tell you that new album 'Torture' is another violent mega-tonne slab of barbarity.
"This album is different," he says. "It's still a Cannibal Corpse album but we've developed more. It's heavier and I actually think it's our most technical album yet!"

Bring on the gore!
