Swedish death metal bruisers As You Drown have announced will release their sophomore album on October 10th through Metal Blade, and the first single can be heard after the jump.
The tracklisting for the follow up to 2009 debut 'Reflection', to be entitled 'Rat King', is as follows:
1. Conqueror
2. Slaves To The Kingdom Of Fear
3. You Should Be Paranoid
4. Rabid Wolves In Sheep's Clothing
5. Your Loyal Betrayer
6. The Coming
7. The Nothing
8. Bleeding Structure
9. Cleansing Hands
Recorded at the bands own studio in their hometown of Borås, the album is described by vocalist Henrik Blomqvist:
"This new material is INTENSE, although at the same time a lot more varied and dynamic than what we've done in the past. Keep your eyes and ears open friends. Death! Destruction!! GOATS!"
We're not sure where the goats came into the recording, but metal and goats go together like Vinnie Paul and hats, so we'll trust Henrik.
First single 'You Should Be Paranoid' can be heard here:
